Watch Video Continue LVN to RN Transition Program Application Portal LVN to RN Transition Program will open an application portal from May 1st 8:00 a.m. through May 31st 11:59 p.m. The LVN to RN Transition Program is a competency-based course of study designed to prepare graduates to take the state examination (NCLEX-RN®) to become Registered Nurses. In this program, you’ll learn from highly experienced instructors dedicated to helping you take your next step in Nursing. The program is approved by the Texas Board of Nursing and registration is limited.
